The international conference hosted by the Faculty of Management Studies of The Open University of Sri Lanka was deployed on 30th of May 2023 for the second successful consecutive year as ICOME 2023 embracing the theme of “A whole new world, the challenge of change and re-envisioning the business management landscape”. Focused on the imperative of adapting to change and reimagining business management practices, the conference underscored the pivotal role of entrepreneurship in revitalizing economies post the Covid-19 crisis. Thus, ICOME 2023 became a Podium to Professionals and Scholars to showcase their expertise and unravel the answers. Mr. Sundar Radhakrishnan as the chief guest, Professor Sudhir Rana and Professor P. Sergius as keynote speakers spear headed the conference by virtually taking part. There were five different tracks which steered the event namely Business Entrepreneurship and Innovation, Accounting Finance and Banking, Marketing Supply chain and Tourism, Human Resource Management and Best practices, and Interdisciplinary Research. Moreover, the 3MT and Doctoral Colloquium brought out unparalleled knowledge and expertise on to the table enlightening the participant with potent remark of success with successfully ending the 2nd International Conference on Management and Entrepreneurship.
