DOCTORAL COLLOQUIUM

We welcome all the doctoral students of the global village whose research areas fall within the broader field of Management and Entrepreneurship to the virtual platform of 1^st International Conference on Management and Entrepreneurship (ICOME 2022) organized by the Faculty of Management Studies of the Open University of Sri Lanka. The doctoral colloquium primarily aims at establishing stronger links between doctoral students and the wider research community. This noteworthy effort will bring about strong and fruitful interaction among young doctoral students, peer researchers having just completed their doctoral studies, and more experienced scholars. You are most welcome to share invaluable experiences gained while reading for the doctoral studies and reflect on unwavering dedication that made you move along your research journey and also to constructively focus on your research questions, related theories, methods and outcomes.

Objectives of the Doctoral Colloquium

To provide doctoral students with a platform to present papers, based on their recent doctoral studies.
To obtain vital exposure to different perspectives of research that can help strengthen and shape your research work.
To meet and establish stronger network among fellow doctoral students and academics
To gain opportunities to publish research articles in high-quality scientific journals.

Mode of presentation

The paper presentations of the Doctoral Colloquium of ICOME 2022 are required to be made as pre-recorded videos.

EXTENDED ABSTRACT SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

Doctoral students representing both local and international universities can submit papers. The papers for the Doctoral Colloquium should be prepared according to the following guidelines. Doctoral students should submit their papers through the consent of the research supervisor.
