About Doctoral Colloquium
The Faculty of Management Studies at the Open University of Sri Lanka extends an invitation to doctoral candidates globally in Management and Entrepreneurship to participate in the virtual Doctoral Colloquium of the 4th International Conference on Management and Entrepreneurship (ICOME 2025). This interactive forum connects doctoral students with the wider research community, providing a platform for sharing experiences, reflecting on research motivations, and receiving constructive feedback from peers and experienced scholars on research methodologies and outcomes.
Objectives of the Doctoral Colloquium
- 01. Provide a vibrant stage for doctoral students to showcase their latest doctoral research progress.
- 02. Expose students to a rich array of research perspectives that can enhance and refine their doctoral studies.
- 03. Foster a robust network of relationships among doctoral students and academics.
- 04. Offer pathways for students to publish their research in prestigious academic journals.
Eligibility for Participation
The Doctoral Colloquium is open to doctoral candidates who are currently enrolled in a PhD or equivalent research degree program. Participants should be actively engaged in research related to the conference themes and ideally be in the mid to advanced stages of their doctoral studies. Candidates from any university or research institution are eligible to apply. Both full-time and part-time doctoral students are encouraged to participate.

Mode of presentation
The paper presentations for the Doctoral Colloquium of ICOME 2025 will be conducted virtually. Participants are required to submit pre-recorded videos of their presentations.

EXTENDED ABSTRACT SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
Doctoral students from both local and international universities are invited to submit extended abstracts. Submissions should align with the broader field of Management and Entrepreneurship and must be prepared with the consent of the research supervisor. Detailed guidelines will be provided upon registration.
